As I have completed lesson one thru three, I request further lessons as listed below. I promise and guarantee to keep all reading material, lessons and supplemental materials confidential including the names of any members. I understand and agree to hold the Y Dynion Mwyn harmless if I incur any problems during my study. I promise and guarantee that I will meet my commitments and that I am serious about my studies of the Craft of Witchcraft with the Church of Y Dynion Mwyn.

I further understand that my further lessons will be made available to me through e-mail.   Each time I donate the suggested amount for a set of three lessons, I will be sent an e-mail with the lesson documents attached.  I give my word that I will not give or sell any material received by me through this process to any person.
